Hi I'm Toni LaGree. 

Welcome to Happy AF (and fabulous) Yoga with Toni. Yoga as helped me and 100s of my students un-suck the suckiness of life that happens to us. With my 30 + years of yoga from the tradition of T.K.V. Desikachar, 1000's of hours fo teaching, more than a decade of running my own studio, and tons of anatomy studies (and some Eckhart Tolle trainings), I'm thrilled to be in Billings, MT offering holistic living for body, mind, and spirit. 

Psst...yoga's wisdom for body and spirit helped me get through dark days of divorce, spousal abandonment, health issues, raising cats (and 2 kids) and knowing how to find the light along the way. 

Being happy isn't something we always are feeling, but we feel it more when we know how resilient we are and how indomitable our spirit is! So life...BRING IT!

Faq

What if I'm not flexible or have a replaced joint?

You can 100% participate in yoga classes. You will learn safe adaptations for your body to help you gain strength and flexibility. If you have a joint replaced speak to me prior to classes so I can work with you as to which movements and adaptations will work best for you. 

What if I'm not physically fit?

And fit for who? We are all at different levels of fitness. You don't have to be fit or thin or flexibility or happy to participate in yoga. Yoga meets you where you are at and from there you develop and grow healthier.

Is yoga a religion?

I come from the yoga background of T.K.V. Desikachar from Chennai, India. In this tradition, which focuses on the ancient text "The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" yoga is a spiritual path, a path to awakening, but not a religious practice or path. 

What do I need to bring to class?

You will need a yoga mat, comfy clothing (spandex or trendy yoga clothing not required) a blanket, and a water bottle. If you know you have tight hamstrings a block and strap are also recommended.
